CHEF’S ACADEMY

Chef development isn’t just about attending a couple of trainer or chef leader lead training workshops. It’s all about the way we behave and the way we do things. The development of our chef team is supported by our Food Team Accreditation, striving to be the best and feeling empowered to do more! It is important to us that we enable our chefs to engage in development so you can be the best and more importantly be recognised for being the best!

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Skills development is a win-win, as it improves services while also helping each employee further their career. We have a variety of training courses which are designed to inspire our teams and create a culture of learning and development. Programmes offered range from essential health and safety courses, to craft training in culinary skills and specialisms, World Class Customer Service (WCCS), apprenticeships, VRQs and more. We also offer a range of management programmes and apprenticeships, opening doors for the team.

Our expert sales teams are on hand to provide you and our clients with dynamic and market leading sales and marketing solutions. Supported by eve, we provide access to our network of industry experts, trends and insights that enhance the service and booking capabilities in each our venues. Sales and marketing is an integral part of our business and new for 2022 will be our very own Sales and Marketing Academy which will further support and develop our teams as well as attracting new talent to our growing community.
