We’ve got you covered. We’re seasonal and more importantly built around local suppliers. Now more than ever supporting our supplier communities is integral to our approach.
Our London Larder is our secret ingredient. A specially selected group of local suppliers who’s commitment to quality in their field is unmatched. Their products give our menus a sense of place, one that reflects our London heritage and base.
The Kitchen is where our chefs gather to share, discuss and develop. It’s our platform for sharing new recipes and launching concepts as well as giving chefs across our brands and sectors the opportunity to learn and interact.
When you join the Venues by CH&CO team, as part of your induction, you get to spend half a day with our talented Executive Head Chef Rob Milligan and Karen Poynter touring London’s top foodie spots, including a handful of our local suppliers stopping to sample some of the best produce there is.
WINES WITH CONSCIENCE
As consumer demand grows for wines aligned to a more responsible philosophy, we have been scouring the wine-producing world to ensure we have a wide range available. We are now offering a variety of organic, biodynamic, sustainable and vegan wines on our Wine with a Conscience wine list.
